Where stories are held with care.

Creating & Holding Space

A gentle, intentional day where you can begin turning toward your story, not on your own, but alongside others who are also beginning to notice that something in their story may still be shaping how they move through the present.

So many of us come to that realization, and yet we don’t always know how to make sense of it. We try to understand it, or we push it aside, or we find ourselves circling the same places without quite knowing how to move forward.

The ‘Untangling Your Story’ retreat is an invitation to begin paying attention in a different way. To notice what has been there, to gently name what feels tangled, and to begin tracing the threads of your story with honesty, compassion, and hope.

I’d love to have you join me for our next upcoming retreat, please let me know if you’re interested in hearing more details when they are confirmed.

I’ll be sure to add you to the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know

reflections from our first retreat

Our first Untangling Your Story retreat gathered a small group of women sitting in a circle, coffee, conversation, and courage. Together we spent the day slowing down enough to notice the stories we carry, the knots we’ve learned to live around, and the threads that continue shaping our present lives.

Throughout the day, we explored the foundations of Story Work through teaching, reflection, and shared conversation. Women were invited to engage their stories gently and honestly, without pressure to perform, fix, or rush themselves - or each other.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was simply the space itself. A space where women could exhale a little. A space where stories were met with care. A space where tenderness, grief, laughter, beauty, and hope could all exist together.

Each woman left with practical tools for continuing this work beyond the retreat, along with the reminder that healing rarely happens in isolation.

I am convinced more than ever before that creating and holding these rare and vulnerable spaces is desperately needed.

You are not beyond hope, and you are not broken.

Your despair makes so much sense,
and embracing your story is where the healing begins.

what you can expect

Our day will include a copy of the Untangling Your Story journal, which we’ll use as a gentle guide as we move through the retreat together.

We’ll spend unhurried hours together, with space for teaching, reflection, and quiet moments to begin engaging your story at your own pace.

You’ll be welcomed with coffee and light snacks as you arrive, these will be available throughout the day.

We’ll share lunch together, with a thoughtfully prepared meal to give you space to rest and connect.

Toward the end of our time, you’ll create a small bouquet to take home with you, a quiet reminder of the beauty that can grow from your story.

  • feeling stuck in patterns or reactions they don’t fully understand

  • longing for deeper connection within themselves, with others, and with God

  • aware that there is more to their story, but unsure how to begin engaging it

  • drawn to the idea of slowing down and giving their story thoughtful, intentional attention

retreat investment

Retreat pricing will vary depending on the location, length, and offerings included in each experience.

Registration generally includes the full retreat experience, an Untangling Your Story journal, all materials, and shared meals or refreshments throughout the day.

These retreats are intentionally designed as smaller, thoughtfully held spaces, so availability will often be limited.

If you find yourself drawn to a future retreat, I would gently encourage you to reserve your spot early once registration opens.

It can feel like a big step to set aside time like this, and to begin turning toward parts of your story that may have been tucked away for a long time.

I am in awe of your courage.
