retreats
A gentle space to begin turning toward your story.
A gentle, intentional day where you can begin turning toward your story, not on your own, but alongside others who are also beginning to notice that something in their story may still be shaping how they move through the present.
So many of us come to that realization, and yet we don’t always know how to make sense of it. We try to understand it, or we push it aside, or we find ourselves circling the same places without quite knowing how to move forward.
This retreat is an invitation to begin paying attention in a different way. To notice what has been there, to gently name what feels tangled, and to begin tracing the threads of your story with honesty, compassion, and hope.
This is a space I have longed to create.
I would be honored to have you there
We’ll spend the day together on May 16, 2026 at the beautiful Cove Collective in Herndon, Virginia, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Throughout our time, I will guide you as you begin to notice and engage your story, at a pace that feels steady and unhurried.
Together, we will begin to:
gather the threads of your story, noticing the people, places, and experiences that have shaped you
gently name areas that feel tangled, confusing, or hard to make sense of
begin to trace patterns that may still be shaping how you move through the present
explore ways of engaging your story with greater awareness, compassion, and care
There will be space for personal reflection, quiet moments to sit with what is coming up, and guidance throughout the day.
You will not be asked to share anything you are not ready to share, and you are free to move at your own pace.
Doors will open at 8:30am so you can arrive and settle in.

You are not beyond hope, and you are not broken.
