“how do I start this work?”
For years, women have asked me this same question.
They could feel the patterns showing up in their relationships and reactions, but the idea of going back into their story felt overwhelming, and they weren’t sure where or how to begin.
I created Untangling Your Story out of my own journey of healing and in response to that question. It is the kind of resource I wished I had when I first began. An accessible, compassionate, and structured place to start.
This journal is not one you rush through to complete from cover to cover so you can check the boxes towards your healing.
But it is a steady companion as you begin turning toward your story with honesty and curiosity.
This journal doesn't force answers. It invites reflection.
Through guided prompts and thoughtful practices, you will begin tracing the threads of your story, noticing the knots you carry, and gently exploring how those threads continue to shape you.
There is no timeline. No pressure to get it right. Just space.
Space to be curious.
Space to remember.
Space to hold your words safely as you begin to untangle what has long felt stuck and painful.
“As I listened to Michélle share her story so vulnerably, I knew I needed to begin this work in my own life. For the first time, I could see healing and clarity ahead in a way I don’t think I would have explored without that moment.”
